How This Works
Once you've completed this form, you'll be sent to PayPal to make your dues payment. When you've paid (either from your PayPal account or use your credit card) you will be returned to our website. An email will be sent to your email address with a confirmation and your Personal Page username and password.

Or, if you prefer, you will be offered an option to pay by personal check or money order (US funds only) but your membership will not be in force until your payment has been received and processed.
You may select to join or renew at one of the following levels:

• SINGLE membership ($35)
  
• HOUSEHOLD membership ($35 + $10 for each additional household member)
  
• LIFETIME SINGLE membership ($300)
  
• LIFETIME HOUSEHOLD membership ($300 + $125 for each additional household member)
