EVENT: Montreal Mandolin Festival
WHERE: Brossard, Quebec
WHEN: June 1-3 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Featured soloists will be Carlo Aonzo (mandolin), Rene Izquierdo (guitar), Tamara Volskaya (domra), and Anatoliy Trofimov (bayan). Each of them will conduct master classes on request.
- The hotel is Hotel Brossard. A special price for our group, $99.00 per night, double occupancy. This includes a continental breakfast and free parking. The special price is good for three days before and after the festival. For reservations call; 877-890-1008, or by e-mail reservation@hotelbrossard. Mention the group Mandolinata. Please reserve as soon as possible, as a limited number of rooms are available at this low price.
- A big part of each day will be rehearsing for the en-masse concert. The rest of the time is free to enjoy as you please, such as attending other festival performances.
- Registration fee is $95.00, which includes the Saturday banquet. Non-playing guests: $60.00
