The Las Vegas Mandoliers are alive and well and prospering here in the desert. We have a full and mixed repertoire ranging through classical (Toselli, Bach, etc.), Italian folk, turn of the (20th) century marches, 1920s ragtime, and standards from the mid 20th Century. We also perform a number of original tunes. I (Dave Carroll) am a co-founder of the group, and also build mandolin-family instruments. We perform on a range of instruments including the contrabass, mandocello, octave mandola/octave mandolin, mandola, mandolin, and sopranino mandolin (ever seen one of those?).

In 2008 we published our first album, a CD of traditional Christmas music. We are well-received here locally and have an appreciative audience internationally on the Internet.
